Albert Dale Quinn, age 83 of Paris, TN, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Medina Health and Rehabilitation.
Dale was born in Decatur County, TN, on November 30, 1942, to the late Albert Cecil Quinn, and the late Grace Ellen Spellings Quinn.
On November 29, 1997, he married Rosa Sue Patterson Quinn, who survives of Paris, TN.
Dale graduated from Springville High School in 1960, then earned his bachelor’s degree from UT Martin and later a master’s degree in education from Southeastern Missouri State University. He dedicated over 30 years to teaching 6th grade in the New Madrid County School System, making a lasting impact on every student who passed through his classroom.
He was a devout Christian and a member of First Baptist Church–Paris. He was a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and riding motorcycles.
In addition to his wife, Dale is survived by two children, Russ (Laura) Quinn of Milan, TN, and Karen (Sam) Cross of Paris, TN; two step-children, Rosie (Mark) Johnson of Paris, TN, and Kristi (Dill) Hughes of Cookeville, TN; 13 grandchildren, Hannah (Daniel) Harris, Sarah (Rod) Rocha, Ellen Quinn, Abigail Quinn, Mary Quinn, Alyssa (Tanner) Johnson, Kate Hughes, Lauren (Jeff) Marcum, Chelsea (Clint) Spivey, Cara Johnson, Kristin Johnson, Courtney (Luke) Thornton, and Dillon (Marisa) Hughes; and 10 great grandchildren, Lila Harris, Blair Johnson, Wren Johnson, Cort Marcum, Jay Gentry, Ellen Rose Spivey, Silas Thornton, Campbell Thornton, Eden Hughes, and Abrah Hughes; and four step grandchildren, Nathan Cross, Matthew Cross, Sam Cross and Emma Cross.
Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Visitation will be held Monday, December 15, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m.
Burial will follow at Memorial Cemetery with Daniel Harris, Rod Rocha, Tanner Johnson, Jeff Marcum, Luke Thornton, Dillon Hughes, and Luke Moore serving as pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers will be Clint Spivey and the Gospel Servants Sunday School group.
