Sue Runyan

Billie Sue Runyan, age 81 of Paris, TN, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at her residence.

She was born July 15, 1944, in Chickasha, OK, to the late Bill Tindall, and the late Jessie Romine Tindall.

She was married to Clyde Runyan, who preceded her in death.

Sue was Christian in faith and found joy in serving others. To her grandchildren, she was “the best women in the world,” and she proudly held the role of taste tester at every family meal. She treasured the time spent with her family and enjoyed watching TV.

Sue is survived by two children, Edith Morehead and Betty Morrison, both of Henry, TN; one sister, Pauline Snow; daughter-in-law, Vonnie Morrison of California; four grandchildren, Mandy Tolbert, Patricia Thompson, Susan Morrison, and J.D. Morrison; seven great-grandchildren, William Richardson, Hailey Stewart, Brooklyn Stewart, Damien Anderson, Gavin Anderson, Gunner Harmon, and Riley Harmon; and one great-great-grandchild, Apollo Richardson.

In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Sandra Perkins, Minnie Ella Shepard, and Wanda Morrison; a brother, Everett Tindall; and two grandchildren, Dustin Tolbert, and Michael Morrison.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Her remains are to be cremated with a memorial visitation to be held on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 12:00 p.m. at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
