Billy Gene Frampton

Billy Gene “Bill” Frampton, age 61, of Paris, died Wednesday September 24, 2025, at his residence.

He graduated from Henry County High School in 1982. Bill formerly worked at Delta Contracting Company then worked as a security guard at Allied Universal. He loved Nascar, watching movies, family game night, and playing billiards.

Bill was born on January 8, 1964, to the late Thomas O’Rourke and to the late Donna Jean Joy O’Rourke.

He married Annette Cole Frampton on March 27, 1994, who survives, of Paris.

Along with his wife, he is survived by four children, Chasden (Amanda) Dunn of Bells, TN, Kendra (Tim) Miller of Camden, TN, Tierra Frampton of Knoxville, TN, Kayla (Jonathan) Patel of Bells, TN; one sister, Julia (Stacey Garner) Houston; and four grandchildren, Addalynn Dunn, Aleigha Dunn, Asher Dunn, and Alex Miller.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. There will be a memorial visitation on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Ridgeway Funeral Home from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm.
