Charles Wesley "Chuck" Bullock

Charles “Chuck” Wesley Bullock age 94 passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, in Chattanooga, TN.

Chuck was born December 9, 1930, in Martin, Tennessee, to the late Grover Cleveland Bullock and Sarah Pearl Buchanan Bullock. A former longtime resident of Paris, Tennessee, he was a faithful member of First Baptist Church, Paris, and a graduate of the University of Mississippi.

A devoted father and grandfather, Chuck was a man of strong Christian faith who loved his Lord and dedicated his life to serving others. As a registered pharmacist for many years, he touched countless lives with his kindness and care. In his younger years, he enjoyed fishing, and throughout his life he pursued his passions for woodworking, working outdoors, and teaching Sunday School.

In addition to his parents, Chuck was also preceded in death by his wife, Marilee Burton Bullock, of Paris, Tennessee.

He is survived by his sons, Gary (Shandry) Bullock and Galen (Terry) Bullock; stepdaughters, Martha Steffes (Bill) Roberson and Jan (Phill) Hamilton; stepson, Bob (Susan) Burton; 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, August, 17, 2025 at Ridgeway Funeral Home, Paris, TN with Reverend Trent Bullock officiating. Visitation will take place the same day from 11:00 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Memorial Park in Paris.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, Paris Men’s Ministry.
