Debra Spann

Debra Spann age 73 of Paris, TN, died Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at the Patriot Health and Rehabilitation Center in Paris.

Debra was a retired CNA. She enjoyed watching TV. Prior to health declining, she enjoyed doing things with her husband.

She was married in 1993 to James Hale “Jimmy” Spann, who preceded her in death on July 6, 2026.

She is survived by her son, Jeremy (Linda) Scott of Camden, TN; a brother, Rodney Outland of Murray, KY; two grandchildren, Montgomery Scott of Benton, KY, and Madsion Scott of Camden, TN; and a great grandson Sawyer Blayne Scott; a stepdaughter, Shawnaree (Joe) Sanders and her children, Emilee (Fiancé Lane Hoskins) Brown, and Shawn David Brown.

In addition to her parents and husband, Debra was also preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Hugh Outland; and a brother, Hugh Outland.

Ridgeway Funeral Home 201 Dunlap St., Paris, TN 38242, will be handling the arrangements. Her body is to be cremated and her remains will be buried with her late husband at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
