Doxie Millraney

Doxie Millraney age 92 of Paris, TN, died Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the Patriot Health and Rehab Center in Paris.

Doxie worked for many years at IGA grocery store, where she enjoyed passing out product samples to customers. She had previously worked a short time at Four Seasons. She took immense pride in her yard and especially her flowers. She enjoyed looking at old pictures and spending time scrolling on Facebook. Spending time with and supporting her grandchildren and great grandchildren was her passion in life. She was a member of Eastwood Church of Christ.

Born August 8, 1933, in Stewart County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Waymon Lancaster and the late Ollie Mae Howell Lancaster.

She married Willie Joe Millraney December 15, 1958, and he survives of Paris.

In addition to her husband of 67 years, she is also survived by two sons, Tommy (Kim) Millraney, of Paris, and Timmy (Barbara Metcalf Gordon) Millraney of Mt, Juliet, TN; a sister, Maude Witt of Paris; four grandchildren, Jason (Karen) Millraney, Luke (Brittany) Millraney, Amanda Millraney, and Thomas Millraney; six great grandchildren, Alexandria, Noah, Chloe, Isabella, Lucas, and Bryce; and two nieces, Sherry Ritter, and Debbie Morris.

Ridgeway Funeral Home 201 Dunlap St./ P.O. Box 788, Paris, TN 38242 will be handling the arrangements. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 31, 2025, from 12:00 until 1:00 pm, with her funeral service to be held Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home with Jess Hedges officiating.

Her sons, grandsons, and great grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Burial will follow the service in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
