Ethel Marie Pace

Ethel Marie Pace, age 66 of Buchanan, TN, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025, at her residence.

She was born in Paris, TN, on March 23, 1959, to the late Eddie Shelton and the late Ivory Thompson Shelton.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby J. Pace of Buchanan, TN.

Ethel was a loving mother and grandmother.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, Shaunda (Deirdre) Pace of McEwen, TN, and Jason (Kim) Pace of Buchanan, TN; six grandchildren, Britt Pace, Aaron Pace, Piper Damesworth, Alexander Pace, Claire Whiting, and Andrew Whiting; two brothers, Pat Shelton of Nashville, TN, and Danny Shelton of Nashville, TN; and one sister, Jennette (Mike) Gustafson of Murfreesboro, TN.

Along with her parents, Ethel was preceded in death by one brother, Eddie Shelton.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Her remains are to be cremated with no public services scheduled.
