Evelin Alaine Heath

Evelin Alaine Heath, age 74 of Paris, TN, died on May 19,2025, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson. Alaine passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

Alaine was a member of West Paris Baptist Church, and served as the church secretary, as well as working at Holley Carburetor and Henry Co. Property Assessor's office until her retirement. Alaine enjoyed birdwatching, Atlanta Braves baseball, Sudoku, and cats.

She was born on July 25,1951, in Corpus Christi, TX, to the late Earl B. Robbins and Mary Evelyn Cannon Robbins.

She is survived by a son, James Heath of Gadsden, TN, and a daughter, Gina Arevalo of Paris, TN; nieces, Michelle (Kreg) Kyle of Paris, TN, and Cheri Hayes of Paris, TN; four grandchildren, Isabella Arevalo, Ryan Arevalo, Jessie J. Heath and Jake Heath.

In addition to her parents, Alaine was preceded in death by one sister, Sandra "Sandy" Winters, who passed away on February 27, 2025. 

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris TN, 38242 will be handling the arrangements. A graveside service will be held at Memorial Cemetery on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Chad Kennedy. 

To honor Alaine's love for helping others, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
