Freda Wolf

Freda Dycus Wolf age 69 of Paris, TN, died Sunday August 2, 2026, at the Patriot Health and Rehabilitation in Paris.

Freda enjoyed her work as a cashier at Pockets in Paris. She loved and cared for all her family members. She would tackle any situation and always find a way to overcome them. She enjoyed fishing along with being a kind, caring, and living person.

She was married November 28, 1987, to Michael DeWayne Wolf, who preceded her in death January 1, 2023.

Freda is survived by four children, Meredith Taconi, Starr Taconi, Rachel Perry, and Jennifer (Lionel Washington) Pierce, all of Paris; a sister, Michelle (Mitchell) McNemar; three brothers, Jimmy Dycus, Greg Dycus, Bill (Sherrie) Dycus; a sister in law, Debra Coleman; eighteen grandchildren, Briana, Lyles, Bianca, Derek, JT, Angel, Aiden, Carson, Xander, Carlee, and Kai; and four great grandchildren, Karma, Maddox, Asher, and Dexton.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Betty Jo Dycus; and three brothers, Roger Dycus, Johnny Dycus, and Randy Dycus.

Ridgeway Funeral Home 201 Dunlap St., Paris, TN 38242, will be handling the services. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 10:00 until 11:00 am, with the funeral service beginning at 12:00 pm.

Pallbearers for the service will be JT Taconi, Carson Taconi, Aiden Taconi, Xander Pierce, Derek Grafton, and Lionel Washington. Asher Brackett, Maddox Lyles, and Daxton Brackett will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
