Gary "Red" Miller

Gary 'Red' Kim Miller, born on August 11, 1947, in Kankakee, IL, passed away on February 19th, 2025, at the age of 77, peacefully in his home in Paris, TN. 

Gary, who resided predominantly in the Elgin-Dundee, IL area, was an avid woodworker, a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan, and also expressed his passion and love for music through his guitar playing and disc jockey events. 

He is survived by his two daughters; Christina (Paul) Birkelbach, and Barbara (Mark) Harrison; his grandchildren, Ashley (Alex) Glockner, Mitchell (Carlie) Gerritsen, and Kyle Bos; as well as his great grandchildren, Stella and Paisley Gerritsen. 

Gary was preceded in death by his mother, Nina Mae (Bill) Sargeant, his father, E. James Miller, and his brother, Darrell K. Miller.
