Glenda Smith

Glenda Sue Garner Smith, age 71, of Buchanan, Tenn., died Saturday, December 5, 2015, at Henry County Healthcare Center in Paris, Tenn.

Mrs. Glenda was married to Walker Franklin Smith August 15, 1964, who survives.

She was a member of the Kentucky Lake Road Church of Christ. She was a retired secretary from the Cummins Engine Company in Memphis, TN, who enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening and art & crafts.

She was the daughter of the late Marvin Garner and the late Neecie Elvira Haddock Garner.

She is also survived by two Sons, William Franklin (Carla) Smith of Avon, IN. & James Christopher Smith of Southaven, MS; Brother- Kenneth Neal Garner of Buchanan, Four Grandchildren: London (Duel) Evans, Loghan Smith, Lauren Smith and Lance Smith. She also leaves Two Great Grandchildren: Baylee Anne Adams & Hudson Reid Evans.

In addition to her parents, her Brother Jerry Dale Garner preceded in death.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St. - P.O. Box 788, Paris, Tenn., where visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Wednesday December 9, 2015. Funeral service will be at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 9, 2015.

Ed Smith will officiate. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Interment will be at New Liberty Cemetery in Buchanan, Tenn.
