James Henry Campbell III

James Henry “Jim” Campbell III, age 76 of Paris, TN, passed away on Friday, September 19, 2025, at his residence.

Jim was born December 15, 1948, in Oak Hill, WV, to the late James Henry Campbell, and the late Francis Elizabeth Treadway Campbell.

On June 9, 1990, in Lake Wales, FL, Jim married Sandra Gail “Sandy” Campbell, who survives of Paris, TN.

Jim was a member of Maplewood Baptist Church. He was a devout Christian who walked closely with Jesus each day. He dedicated himself to evangelizing in his community, always striving to lead others to Christ and mentoring people on their walk with Jesus.

In addition to his wife, Jim is survived by his two sons, Jamie (Kathy) Campbell and Matthew (Brandy) Campbell; two brothers, Fred Campbell and Karl (Anna) Campbell; sister-in-law, Linda Campbell; and four grandchildren.

Along with his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his brother, Doug Campbell.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242 is handling the arrangements. A Memorial Visitation is scheduled on October 11, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Ridgeway Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will begin at 11:30 a.m. on October 11, 2025, at Ridgeway Funeral Home.

His remains are to be cremated.
