Jeweldean Hooper

Jeweldean White Hooper, age 80 of Paris, TN, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025, at her residence.

Jeweldean was born on March 6, 1945, in Oneida, KY, to the late Frankie White, and Drucilla Mayfield White.

On August 3, 1963, she married Joseph Frank Hooper, who preceded her in death on May 14, 2025.

She spent many years working for various manufacturing companies. After retiring, she enjoyed volunteering at the Good Samaritan Center in Dover, TN.

Jeweldean is survived by two children, Janice (Danny B.) Baker of Paris, TN, and Douglas E. (Randall D. Bilbrey) Hooper of Norfolk, VA; one brother, Cecil (Darlene) White of OR; one sister-in-law, Pat Jacka White; two grandchildren, Kyle (Lauren) Parker, and Lucas (Loretta Barnett) Simmons; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Joseph Charles Hooper; four brothers, Lawrence White, Lawton White, Stanley White, and Charles White; and two sisters-in-law, Bonnie White, and Jessie White.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Her remains are to be cremated with no public services scheduled at this time.
