Joseph Frank Hooper

Joseph Frank Hooper, age 80 of Paris, TN, passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at his residence.

Joseph was born in Troy, TN, on January 31, 1945, to the late Joseph Paul Hooper and the late Laura Crowell Hooper.

On August 3, 1963, he married Jeweldean White Hooper, who survives of Paris, TN.

He spent 4 years in the U.S. Navy before going to work for several companies in the railroad industry as a master machinist.

In addition to his wife, Joseph is survived by two children, Janice (Danny) Baker of Paris, TN, and Douglas E. Hooper (Randall D. Bilbrey) of Norfolk, VA; two grandchildren, Kyle Parker, and Lucas Simmons; and three great-grandchildren.

Along with his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by one son, Joseph Charles Hooper.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. His remains are to be cremated with no public services scheduled at this time.
