Julia Nell Smothers, born on December 22, 1955, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2025.
Julia is survived by her son, Jeffrey Dale Smothers; and her brothers, Donny Lelon Burton and Tommy Burton.
Julia was preceded in death by her father, Lelon Burton; her mother, Nobie Sue Nance Burton; her sister, Rebecca Cheryl Stawski; and her brother, James Ray Burton.
A graveside service to honor Julia's life will be held on June 4, 2025, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, located at 5160 Clayton Town Rd, Buchanan, TN 38222. The service will commence at 11:00 AM.
