Julie King Hall

Julie King Hall, age 57 of Paris, TN, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at Patriot Health and Rehab in Paris.

Julie was born July 22, 1969, in Jackson, TN, to the late Joe Edward King, and Marilyn Shelton King who survives of Camden, TN. Joe preceded her in death on May 28, 2026.

She graduated from Dyersburg High School in 1987 before joining the U.S. Navy. She later worked at the Dyersburg Moose Lodge before working at Caterpillar until her health declined. She enjoyed crafting, collecting materials for crafting, thrifting, and cooking, especially cooking for others. She had a love for makeup and jewelry and enjoyed helping others look and feel beautiful. Julie had a fondness for Scotland which she discovered while serving in the Navy. She also enjoyed cats.

In addition to her mother, Julie is also survived by two children, Shelton (Kelli) King of Puryear, TN; and Molly (Joseph) Newell of Gallatin, TN, and her father Scotty Hall of Newbern, TN; Julie’s longtime friends, Tracye Newsome and Ivy McGregor.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Her remains are to be cremated with no public services to be held at this time.
