Leonard Verush

Leonard Gregory Verush, age 86 of Paris, TN, died Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at Plumley Rehabilitation Center.

He was a devout, lifelong Catholic and a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Paris.  Leonard loved his pets, his plants and enjoyed working in the yard.  He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Leonard was born October 21, 1933, in Chicago, IL, to the late Walter Gregory Verush and the late Mary Sawicki Verush.

He was married December 25, 1965, to Dorothy Verush, who preceded him in death on January 26, 2006.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, P.O. Box 788, Paris, TN 38242. The body is to be cremated. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at 2:00 pm at Rose Lawn Mausoleum in Paris, TN, with Father Martin Orjianioke officiating.
