Lue Medlock

Eddie Lue Warner Medlock, age 78 of Paris, TN, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at her residence.

Lue was born on January 27, 1947, in Carroll County, TN, to the late Cleland Arthur Warner, Sr., and the late Gertie Tubbs Warner.

She was married for over 61 years to James L. Medlock, who survives of Paris, TN.

Lue was a beloved mother and was known as “Nanny” to everyone. She provided childcare for many children over the years. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, and spending quality time with her family.

She was Pentecostal in faith and was a member of West Wood Pentecostal Church of God.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, Allie Walker of Paris, TN, Kenneth Medlock of Camden, TN, and Melissa (Bobby) Ramey of Puryear, TN; three sisters, Betty Kay Taylor, Martha Sue Rushing, and Leona Nunley; four grandchildren, Will (Peg Adams) Nash, Ashley (Donald) Vaughn, Matthew Ramey, and Kayla Ramey; four great-grandchildren, Joci Lackey, Riley Nash, Liam Nash, and Indie Ramey; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and two 4-legged friends, Pepper and Gunner.

Along with her parents, Lue was preceded in death by two brothers, Cleland Warner, Jr., and Billy Ray Warner; and one sister, Kathy Dell Collins.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Ridgeway Funeral Home with a Funeral Service beginning at 4:00 p.m. officiated by Joe Page.
