Lynn Steffes

Lynn Steffes, age 68 of Paris, TN, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025, at TriStar Centennial Hospital in Nashville, TN.

She was born in Henry County, TN, on January 6, 1957, to the late Victor Charles “Vic” Steffes, and the late Margaret Ann Conley Steffes.

Lynn graduated from Henry County High School in 1975. After high school, she earned her nursing degree from Union University. She spent many years of her life working as a registered nurse at St. Frances Hospital in Memphis, TN, Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, TN, and Henry County Medical Center in Paris, TN. She later worked as a dispatcher for the Henry County 911 office. She was Catholic by faith. Outside of her work, Lynn enjoyed reading, gardening, and her animals.

Lynn is survived by one sister, Peggy (Randy) Prince of Paris, TN; two nephews, Kyle (Allison) Prince of Smyrna, TN, and Adam (Skye) Prince of Paris, TN; sister-in-law, Martha (Bill) Steffes-Robinson of Buchanan, TN; a cousin, Esther Helfferich of KS; one great niece, Hailey M. Prince of Paris, TN; and friends, Wanda Nash, and Twila Rose.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Mark Charles Steffes.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Her remains are to be cremated with a private family service to be held at a later date.
