Mary Belle Winters Robbins

Mary Belle Winters Robbins, age 92 of Paris, TN, passed away on February 5, 2026, at West Tennessee Healthcare- Henry County Hospital.

Mary was born in Big Sandy, TN, on January 5, 1934, to the late George Tilton Winters, and the late Beulah Belle Pierce Winters.

She married Lawrence W. “Ted” Robbins, in Corinth, MS, on March 16, 1949. Ted preceded her in death on December 15, 2019.

Mary enjoyed spending time with her family, especially listening to her son, Teddy, play music. She found joy in watching country music shows and westerns.

She is survived by two sons, Lawrence Alan “Larry” (Audrey) Robbins of Camden, TN, and Ted Gillian “Teddy” (Mechelle) Robbins of Paris, TN; two daughters, Mary Darlene Boron, and Robin Krisitie (Jimmy) Phifer, both of Jackson, TN; 16 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mary was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Teresa Hardin; a son, Mark Anthony Robbins; four brothers, James David Winters, Lindell Ray Winters, George Russell Winters, and James Henry Winters; and four sisters, Arrona May Nichols, Janie Claudine Thurman, Cellie Elizabeth Coffman, and Laylor Olean Loving.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. She will be buried at McRae’s Chapel Cemetery in Big Sandy, TN.
