Michael Vincent King

Sergeant Major Michael Vincent King, age 47 of Paris, TN, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at his residence.

Michael was born June 7, 1978, in Paris, TN, to the late Vincent P. King, and Mary Nell King, who survives of Paris, TN.

He dedicated 27 years of his life serving in the U.S. Army before retiring with the rank of Sergeant Major. Michael was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to hunt and fish. He was known to his childhood friends as “Pickle”. He loved his country and shared a bond with his brothers-in-arms in the U.S. Army.

Along with his mother, Michael is survived by two daughters, Katherine Renee King of Paris, TN, and Anna Elyse King; one grandson, Ace Kortez Odoms; special cousins, Lisa (Bobby) Ward, Wendy (Les) Wynn, and Randall (Sherry) Bowden; and numerous other cousins.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. 

Honorary pallbearers will be Luke Milraney, Gary Bowden, Randall Bowden, Kenneth Wood, and Michael Raymer.
