Nancy Cooper

Nancy Irene Cooper, age 69 of Paris, TN, died Wednesday, August 12, 2020.

She formerly worked at Holley Carburetor and later retired from Walmart after 30 years of service in the fabric department.  Nancy was in the last graduating class from Grove High School in Paris.  She enjoyed sewing and gardening and was a member of Central Point Baptist Church.

Nancy was born December 16, 1950, in Paris, TN, to the late J.L. Cooper and the late Imogene Baucum Cooper.

She is survived by her sister, Martha (Don) Taylor of Paris, TN; her brother, Larry (Shirley) Cooper of Dickson, TN; nieces and nephews, Joey Taylor, Jay Taylor, Connie (Matthew) Sager, and Jason (Stephanie) Cooper; great nieces and great nephews, Kristen (Joey) Lampkins, Eric Taylor, Sophie Sager, and Maxwell Sager; one great-great niece, Aria Lampkins; and her special pet, Rosco.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242.  A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 18, 2020, at 1:30 pm at Olive Branch Cemetery in Cottage Grove, TN, with Bobby Campbell officiating.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jay Taylor, Eric Taylor, Joey Lampkins, Jason Cooper, Bobby Campbell, and Larry Cox.

Burial will follow the graveside service in Olive Branch Cemetery.
