Patricia Louise “Pat” Baier, age 94 of Big Sandy, TN, died Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Eiffel Gardens in Paris, TN.
She retired after many years as a surgery tech working in various hospitals. She was a longtime member of Hope Lutheran Church in Wautoma, WI. Pat was honored to have cared for and fostered over 90 children throughout her lifetime. She enjoyed fishing, traveling, quilting, and clogging. She was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and loved attending games. Pat enjoyed & was proud to get the opportunity to parasail at age 70.
Pat was born February 7, 1930, in Milwaukee, WI, to the late Aaron Frase and the late Elise Frase.
She was first married to Donald Keske, Sr, who preceded her in death. She later married William Baier, who also preceded her in death.
She is survived by one daughter, Linda (Armen) Wedell of Paris, TN; one son, Donald Keske, Jr. of Big Sandy, TN; one daughter-in law, Patricia Keske of Hancock, WI; five grandchildren, Rhonda (Dustin) Decker of Pleasant Prairie, WI, Amber (Colin) Wedell of Minneapolis, MN, Cory (Andrea) Wedell of Paris, TN, Emily (Scott) Schaut of Plainfield, WI, and Rhandi Kent of Osh Kosh, WI; 11 great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, first husband, and second husband, she was also preceded in death by one daughter, Karen Herzog; one sister, Marion Durr; and one brother, Robert Frase.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242. The body is to be cremated with a service to be held at a later date in Wautoma, WI.
The family would like to thank the staff of Gentiva Hospice and Eiffel Gardens for their care for Pat during this time.
