Robert Franklin Shankle

Robert Franklin Shankle, age 73 of Paris, TN, died Friday, March 10, 2023, at his residence. 

He retired after many years from Premier Nissan in Paris as parts manager.  Robert enjoyed building model cabins from wood and reading.  He enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter.

Robert was born February 16, 1950, in Paris, TN, to the late James Franklin Shankle and the late Ruby Key Shankle.

He is survived by his daughter, Miranda Shankle of Paris; his granddaughter, Serenity Renee Bradley, of Paris, who is the daughter of Wayne T. and Michelle Bradley; four sisters, Kay Valentine of Paris, Julia Graves of Bradford, TN, Rose Hoffman of Buchanan, TN, and Patty (Larry) Inlow of Paris; one brother, George (June) Shankle of Springville, TN; and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN.  The body is to be cremated.  A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, March 25, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Paris, TN, with Chad Kennedy officiating.

Burial of cremains will follow the service in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
