Hawk Miller

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Spencer “Hawk” Miller, who passed away on September 1, 2026, surrounded by family and friends.

Robert, known by everyone as “Hawk,” was the son of the late Billy G. Miller and Evelyn Spencer Miller. Born on December 17, 1949, Hawk spent his career in sales, working in international sales for Plumley Company before becoming self-employed until his retirement.

Hawk was an Elks Lodge member, as well as a longtime regular of Jack’s Pool Hall in Paris, where he made many friends. He has a love of airplanes and cars.

He is survived by one sister, Betty House of Huntingdon, TN; and two nephews, Brian House of Parsons, TN, and Kyle House of Paris, TN; several great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as many close friends, several of whom he had known since childhood.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Per Hawk’s wishes, a private burial was held at Memorial Cemetery on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
