Ronald Walter Danielson

Ronald Walter “Ron” Danielson, age 90 of Paris, TN died on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at West Tennessee Healthcare Henry County.

Ron graduated from high school in 1953 and was an Army veteran stationed in Alaska. He was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Benton, KY. Ron worked for Heding Truck Service in Union Center, WI. He was a franchise owner of Charles Chips and was a distributor in WI. Ron enjoyed boating, woodworking, remodeling homes and outdoor work.

He was born on March 22, 1935, in Menominee, MI, to the late Walter John Danielson and to the late Martha Elaina Harkonen Danielson.

Ron is survived by his children, Todd W. (Wendy) Danielson of Paris and Troy (Christy) Danielson of Houston, TX; his step-children, Todd (Anne) Mayhew of Gilbert, AZ, Tony (Cathee) Mayhew of Marinette, WI, and Jennifer Mayhew of Phoenix, AZ; a sister, Janice (Tim) Nagle of Blooming, MN; a sister-in-law, Sharon Danielson of Florida; fifteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great grandchild on the way; close cousins, Jane (David) Christianson of Bagley, MI, and Gail Harkonen of Kingsford MI; and several nieces, nephews, & cousins.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Tara Rae Danielson, stepson Timothy Mayhew and a brother, Kent Peter Danielson.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, will be handling the arrangements. His remains are to be cremated with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
