Sondra Sue Felock

Sondra Sue “Sandy” Felock, age 83, of Paris, TN, died on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.

She was born November 25, 1941, to the late William Cullom Powers and the late Daisey M. Cooksey Powers.

She married James Edward “Jim” Felock on June 15, 1972. Jim preceded her in death on October 23, 2016.

Sandy was the former owner of Sandy’s State Line. She attended Grace Baptist Church. She formerly worked at Plumley Rubber Company and Dana Corporation. Sandy loved reading. She enjoyed watching movies and dancing. She was an avid giver to many non-profit organizations and charities.

Sandy is survived by two children, Lawana Hart of Paris, TN, and Robert (Transey) Hedrick of Spain; and nine grandchildren, Tanya (Christopher) Whaley, David (Crystal) Felock, Daniel Gorth, Alan Meadows, Michelle Meadows, Kelly Meadows, Steven Meadows, James Hedrick, and David Hedrick; and 20 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by two sons, Lawrence W. Meadows, and William D. Meadows; one granddaughter, Leeta Hart; two sisters, Merry Ann Judkins, and Jeanine Stanko; and one brother, Cullum Cooksey Powers.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Visitation will be Friday, June 6, 2025, at Ridgeway Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and again on Saturday June 7, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Ridgeway Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Cooksey Cemetery in Erin, TN, with family members serving as pallbearers.
