Born in St. Louis on Dec. 2, 1964, he was the son of Oscar Sielbeck of Paris and his special friend: Dean Parker of Paris.
Tracy was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Jean Wood Sielbeck.
Sielbeck was a landscaper for several years and had worked at Coors Brewery in Colorado.
He also leaves several aunts, uncles and cousins.
