Viann Vincent Veazey, age 81, of Paris, Tenn., died Thursday, November  7, 2013, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, Tenn.

She was married June 19, 1952 to Dan Brite Veazey Sr., and  he preceded in death March 17, 1995.

Viann was a Member First United Methodist Church & worked as a nursery attendant for forty plus years in the Veazey/Hooper Nursery, named after Mrs. Viann.   She enjoyed baking cakes for all her family on birthdays and special occasions,  and raising her children, grandchildren & great grandchildren.

She was born December 1, 1931 in Paris, TN to the late James Harry Vincent Sr. and the late Gertrude  Lasater Vincent.

She is survived by her Three Daughters, Debi (Tommy) Wimberley of Paris, Tenn., Vicki (William) Veazey-Morris of New Haven, Conn., Natalie Norwood of Paris, Tenn.; Two Sons, Dan B. (Minette) Veazey of Paris, Tenn., John Veazey & Sid Stafford of Atlanta, Ga.; One Brother, Dan Vincent of Nashville, Tenn., Sister-in-law, Sarah Ann Nealon Vincent of Gallatin, TN; Brother-in-law, Carl Ross (Jacque) Veazey of Paris, TN; Sister-in-law, Donna Lee Turner of Camden, TN; Brother-in-law, Andy Hooper of Paris, TN; Grandchildren, Brian (P.J.) Wimberley of Paris, TN, Beth (Noble) Grant of Medina, TN, Brandon Wimberley of Paris, TN, Ross, DeeGee, Mallory and Kirkland Norwood all of Paris, TN; Great Grandchildren, Sarah Jane and Caleb Wimberley, and Reese Grant; and Several Nieces and Nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St. Paris, Tenn.  Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, November  9, 2013 at First United Methodist Church Visitation will continue on Sunday at Ridgeway Funeral Home from 12 to 1:30 PM.  The Funeral service will be at First United Methodist Church at 2:00 PM Sunday, November 10, 2013.

Dr. Rob Martin &  Rev. Paul Veazey & Rev. Brian Wimberley will officiate.

Interment will be at Walker Cemetery on Highway 69 North in Paris, Tenn.
