Vickie Lynn Huggard

Vickie Lynn McMackin Huggard, age 72, of Paris, TN died on Monday, May 5, 2025, at Henry County Healthcare.

Vickie was a member of Paris First United Pentecostal Church/Tower of Praise. She formerly worked at Henry Station. Vickie was an avid square dancer and loved dancing.

She was born on July 31, 1952, in Wichita Falls, TX to the late James E. McMackin and to the late Ruthie Haynes McMackin.

Vickie married John Huggard on March 11, 2023, who survives of Paris, TN.

She is survived by two children, Robin (David) Stepp of Springville, TN, and Jason E. Luther of MO; a sister, Kay Edge of Three Way, TN; two brothers, Ronnie (Debbie) McMackin of Paris, TN, and Tony Haynes of Paris, TN; six grandchildren, Scott Stepp, Blaine Bomar, Regan (Lauren) Stepp, Paeten Stepp, Brody Stepp, Lilli Anna Stepp, and Alexandra Luther; two great-grandchildren, Brody Joe Stepp, and Savannah Stepp.

Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Barry McMackin.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Memorial visitation will be held at Tower of Praise, 2512 W Wood Street Paris, TN on Saturday May 10, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life to be held at Tower of Praise on May 10, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
