Kevin Weatherford

William Kevin Weatherford, age 59 of Buchanan, TN, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at his residence.

Kevin was born on January 26, 1966, in Murray, KY, to the late Rufus Lee Weatherford, and the late Fayetta Dodson Weatherford.

Kevin spent approximately 10 years working at Pepsi Beverage Co. in Paris, before going to work for Murray Paving Company for many years. In his early years, he spent time on helping his father on the farm.

He was known for being an unforgettable character and a loving grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his friends as well as listening and playing music. He could fix anything and worked hard to take care of his yard. Kevin will be missed by the friends that he loved.

Kevin is survived by one daughter, Amanda Weatherford of Buchanan, TN; three sisters, Rhonda (Mickey) Thurmond of Buchanan, TN, Kim (Roy) Vassel of Buchanan, TN, and Felicia (Jeremy Fitzhugh) Weatherford of Paris, TN; one brother, Ricky (Beth) Weatherford of Buchanan, TN; two grandchildren, Alyssa Hudgins, and Lileeana Weatherford; one niece, Christina Hall; one sister-in-law, Cynthia Hall; and his good friends, Paul and Rita. 

In addition to his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by his beloved friend and mother of his daughter, Rhonda Barnhill Weatherford.

Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. His remains are to be cremated with a Celebration of Life to be held by the family at a later date.
