Ronnie W. "Rw" Bell

Ronnie Webb “R.W.” Bell age 83 of Paris, died Saturday, April 16, 2022, at the Henry County Medical Center.

Ronnie was a farmer and enjoyed all facets of working on a farm. He enjoyed driving a truck, tractor pulls, and spending time with his grandkids and great grandkids who called him “Pop.” Ronnie loved all his family.

Born December 21, 1938, in Paris, he was the son of the late Newell Webb Bell and the late Rava Nell Ainley Bell.

He married August 9, 1958, to his first wife Julia Ann “Gaggy” Callicott Bell, who preceded him in death, March 12, 1999. He then married Polly D. Callicott Bell November 27, 1999, who survives of Paris.

Along with his wife, he is survived by a his children, Dana (Steve) Marlow of Dickson; and David R. Bell of Paris; three step-children, Kandy (Alan) Stone of Cincinnati, OH, Rod Callicott of Toledo, OH and Coy (Lisa) Callicott of Knoxville, and their families; a brother, Kerry (Susan) Bell of Paris; four grandchildren, Kari (Kevin) Pulley, Meredith (Will) Tidwell, Austin (Camie) Marlow, and Adam (Marissa Wilson) Bell; and five great grandchildren, Kinley Pulley, Kollins Pulley, Baylen Tidwell, Hannah Tidwell, and Palmer Marlow.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 19, 2022, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home with Chad Kennedy officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jonathan Bell, Syd Hutson, Seth Hutson, Sam Hutson, Hunter Paschall, and Griffin Paschall. Guy Ray will serve as an honorary pallbearer.

Burial will follow in Walker Cemetery.
